Rochelle Lacina develops distinctive and highly experiential executive development workshops that are being delivered in the Philippines and around the region. Her capability to design unique training courses is a spin-off from her extensive research background. Also, she has a keen strategic process acumen that enables her to write winning proposals in executive coaching, organizational learning and talent management.
Much of her experience was spent on research with a strong focus on strategic planning and executive coaching. She has provided research supports to multinational companies, national associations, consulting firms and research institutions. Equipped with a multitude of proven tools and techniques in research analysis and strategy development, Rochelle provides clients with expertise in problem structuring, forecasting, monitoring and evaluation.
She has worked with the public and private sectors most notably the University of the Philippines Los Baños – College of Agriculture, Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc., Shell Philippines Exploration BV providing information, education and campaigns (IEC) to promote these organizations.
Her skills in designing appealing, relevant marketing and information materials led her to become a creative consultant for individuals and several companies. She has created works of art that have been exhibited in local and international conferences. Occasionally, she manages medium to large scale events.
Rochelle earned her Masters degree in Public Affairs with a major in Strategic Planning and Policy Studies from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. She finished her Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology also from the same university. She is currently residing in the city of Philadelphia, US together with her husband and two boys.
